Lusanova, in partnership with Turkish Airlines, organized a training event that was attended by around 30 travel agents. The event took place on March 18 and 20 at the airline’s offices in Porto and Lisbon.

Tiago Encarnação, Lusanova’s operations director, stressed the importance of training professionals in the sector, highlighting that: “Training travel agents is one of our main priorities, and this is just one example of the various activities we have planned for this year. Turkish Airlines is a key strategic partner that has supported us in multiple projects for multiple destinations, which is why it was chosen as the partner to promote our programs for Thailand, Mauritius, Maldives, Egypt and Turkey.”
